The Deluxe Chain Hammock Hanging Kit includes everything you need to hang your hammock between two trees or from a hammock stand. Use the "S" hooks with a stand or the lag hooks (tree screws) when hanging your hammock from a tree.  

Tree screws (lag hooks) are best for a permanent hammock hanging site. Because the bark of the tree is where the growth of the tree occurs, tree screws do not deter the growth. However, if the screws are removed, the hole left by the screws must be treated to prevent insects from boring into the healthy wood of the tree and harming it.
